Which plant did Boeing shut down??? Where did you get the information??? I never heard before.
Another 787 plant for making 787 is under construction.
My understanding is that Boeing have a small interior conversion plant in Shanghai (China) to convert older passenger 747 into cargo 747. The size is small. However, Airbus has one in Shanghai to make A320.

And allow any and all drilling needed on shore, where ever the oil is, like every other nation that doesn’t limit where the oil can be drilled. Limit and tax short term speculation, it’s killing our economy. That should have been started when Democrats retook the House in 2007. Money needs to be put in the hands of people who will spend it, and that’s the working class, not the oligarchy. Not much time left to shift this flow of money before capitalism totally fails.
2012, Democrats have got to take back control of the House, and stop speculators.

Nothing is getting changed in Washington… nothing. Do not have false hope. Only once big business (big oil, motors, food industry, etc) is separated from government will any change even remotely be possible. Too many folks with too much money at stake and want more. We need to stop giving taxpayer $ to these folks, like Obama says… but again, this will never happen under the current tax system. I have no faith in anything the government does anymore. I have become totally disenfranchised.

My understanding is that the US government only give intelliegnce support to the opposition of Lybia, but stop bombing already. Those Bomb is by NATO now.
President Obama is correct. If weapons are given to Lybia opposition, the civil war will definitely prolonged forever. Oil price will rise to US$200. IT WILL BE A “NO WIN SITUATION”.
