If you delete a tweet on Twitter can the person you tweeter to be able to still see it ?

If I send a tweet like @_________ and I delete the tweet before they read it , will it still show ? Can they still be able to see the tweet I deleted ?

They can see it until it’s deleted. After that it’s gone. It might still tell them they have an @so-and-so Tweet when they log on, but they won’t be able to see it….

So… what did you do??
