I am a teenager and I would like to make a word of mouth and pay per click marketing company online?

I have domain name and host and website template made and ready to be uploaded but I want to know how I can turn these things into a business that offers Twitter marketing, Facebook fan page setup, and Myspace business pages along with word of mouth marketing for technology businesses and service startups. My selling point is that I am a teenager and I know the benefits of online marketing and how to do it correctly. I was mainly wondering how to accept payments and things for my business. I have a "contact us" page with a website email but should I take payments through paypal and if so how? ONLY PEOPLE WITH EXPERIENCE ANSWER!
